Default Green Card Question

Hi guys, My employer is willing to start Green Card processing on my behalf. He is
further kind enough to eliminate the Labor Clearance by using one of his past
employee's labor clearance as those skillsets match mine 100%. What I am not sure
about this is:
1. Is this a good thing for me ?
2. Will there be any risks/problems in future? e.g. during adjustment of status or
during fingerprinting etc.
3. Are there any advantages of going through the full process by avoiding this
attractive short cut ?

I appreciate your comments and suggestions.

Thanks in advance, Sunil

Default Re: Green Card Question

You are one lucky person. Another friend of mine got his the same way. It's better than waiting. So far he's not having any problems while other co-workers are still waiting (since Aug 2001).
good luck.
