Hi there,

I really need some help here: I am a Canadian citizen working in the U.S. on H1-B
visa. I'm in the process of getting my green card thru the consular processing in
Montreal. The interview will be next month. I have some question regarding my
spouse's situation:

- We've filed a divorce petition last year but didn't sign the final judgement
paper yet and we're thinking about withdraw that to get back together. As a
consequence, I want to include her also in my Green Card petition. (We've been
married for ~3 years.)

- Currently the Montreal consulate only has my GC visa application materials --
they do not have hers.

- My first questions is: is it at all possible for her to go to the Montreal
consulate with me together for the interview?

- Secondly, what information will the immigration officer ask us during the
interview? What documents will the officer need to check other than the ones I
already submitted in my P-III? Will the officer deny the visas based on the
fact that we have once filed the divorce papers even if we will have all the
paper work and documents to prove that we're back together?

Thanks so much in advance.

- David
