Default Green card

Received our green cards the other day! Am very pleased, not least because it reduces the amount of paperwork we'll need to do for a while! Didn't have any RFEs either which is good.

Quick question though - OH is currently back in Blighty on business, so doesn't have the physical card with him as it's just arrived. Is this likely to cause any problems at POE? Should he just enter on his L1? Incidentally, what should I do with my I-94?

It would be better if OH can enter using his green card, as he's now a US PR and should enter that way...he no longer needs a visa. If you can't get his green card to him, email him a scan of it so he can print it to show at the POE at least.

Don't do anything with your I-94. Just hang on to it.

Make a photocopy of it first, then FedEx it to him overnight.
