Go to Office without Address confirmation?
 

Hello

Just a quickie guys........

I have my NOA, stating for me to go to my local office in Charleston to
get my new alien card. I-551

I have not received confirmation of my change of address (AR11). Ive
posted it twice, the last one (signature REQ) about 10 days ago.

I'm just wondering, will they turn me down if they dont have
confirmation of my new address?

I dont want to go down there, and have them say "good riddance"

You ain't received it coz they don't send it! Oh and BTW, the AR11 will not change your address in their records.

You do not receive a notification for an AR11. I just had my green card appointment last week, and just took along a copy of the AR11 which they just about glanced at, then did it anyway. If your sponsor lives at the same address did they file an address change form? You do get an NOA for that one.
