Gc Process .........
Hi,
I am IT professional and I working with my employer more than
two years. I got my Labor and I-140 approved (it has been three month
I-140 approved) for my GC process. Is it possible if I change my Job
still I can continue with my GC process with new Employer? Without
starting whole process from the beginning. Please advice thanks.
Regards,
Jigs

If your ADJUSTMENT has been filed and remains unadjudicated for over 180 days, look at 204(j) of the INA. However, please note that this provision has only been on the books since 2000 and CIS has yet to issue implementing regulations and weird things are coming out of the Board of Immigration Appeals.
Maybe in another decade or so, we'll know what the provision means.
