Default Folinskyinla ...Question on the lost I-94

I lost my entire passport and I-94 during last move (this is the passport that i was admited to the state) we are scheduled to pickup EAD and doing fingerprint next week and the interview date will soon to come. Our question is that does the copy of previous passport and I-94 good enough when we have our interview?

P.S i have replaced my lost passport with a new one but have copies of all important documents such as I-94...etc

Thank you

I am sure you know this. But just in case, Mr. F does not typically like to answer question specifically directed to him. As answering a directed question could be construed as att-client. Post the question without his name. He or someone else who is familiar would answer it.

Hi:

I will not answer this other than to suggest that this might be just the type of case where you need a competent immigration lawyer.
