Default help - where do I start?????

Hello' I am new to this group. I made one previous post about children. I dont know really where to start. I have a relationship with a US Citizen who I met via the internet. We have met a lot and have decided that we would like to be together permanently. I am currently in the process of a divorce (my ex did the dirty on me!!!). I have four children and I know that I will have to consult a lawyer regarding them.

However, what do I have to do? Where do I start - i know I will have to wait until my divorce comes through. What proof will I need??
I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has haad similar experiences with children.

Thanks.

Hi there & Welcome
It's nice to know that there are loads people on here ready to help you and
they will give as much sound advice as they can....you can count on that !

I myself am awaiting approval from Nebraska but before we submitted our
forms I came on here and asked a lot questions , that's something you will
do a lot ....LOL...

What country are you from ?
I am UK Citizen (Scotland )
Fiancé Michigan

If your UK you can get all the info on the
Fiancé Visa 1-129F
got to www.usembassy.org.uk
You should find all the info on there but ofcourse ask away on this News
Group cause we are a nice bunch of people
I find the info from Matthew Udall very helpful he is a lawyer on here as
well as Folinskyinla ....very very nice and helpful

Good Luck

Michelle
