Finally Visas Issued

Finally Visas Issued
I called usembassy islamabad and they said that the Immigrant Visas has been issued to your family and they will be getting soon via american express.
The case was pending for administrative pocessing and it took 3 months to get the clearence. The visa category was F4.
About my brother who was above 21 years but otherwise qualified for the visa by CSPA and US Patriot Act, they said that he is not eligible for the visa. My lawyer said that we will go to the state department. I know a few children who got the visa this way but not sure how long will it take.
Anyways, thanks for all your help and dont give up on administrative processing. One day you will get a good news too.

In Pakistan, they send visas thru american express mail service. No fedex.
