The situation.....
I am with my wife in US - H1B, respectively H4. We are ROMANIAN
nationality... Probably now..... DRACULA..... CEAUSESCU...... NADIA

1 year ago my mother-in-law visit us and our neighbour liked her very
much... At her age of 53 is is looking like one of 40.....
He wants to go in Romania in order to get her as his spouse...

I started to fill-up the I-130 for them.... and I-129f....to speed-up
the moment of her arrival in US.

At item ... I do not remember the number (first - on the second page)
it is requested to list all the relatives..... I do not understand if
I have to put my wife and me on this list.... because she is 33 year
old and she will not apply for Permanent Resident because her mother
is here.....

Actualy I do not undersatnd what to fill-up there.... HIS
relatives.... or HER relatives...
