Fellowship on H4
Hi,
I currently reside in US on a H4 visa. I plan to go to school here
soon. Converting my status to F1 will be difficult for me as I am a
beneficiary in my husband's GC. I understand that I cannot receive
Teaching and Research assistantships from the university on a H4, as I
am not allowed to work. My question is whether I am eligible to receive
a fellowship from the university as it does not require me to work?
