Are the fees back up?
I've been away from the "process" for a couple of months and I'm now filing the
EAD request for my wife. I'm a bit confused about the fee. I thought it had been lowered to $88, but the forms still say $120 and the INS website notes two fee changes, one in Jan. and one in late Feb. Was the second one a restoration of the original fees? Thanks, Marc |

Why would you sound bitter? Sounds like a very fair system to me.....the BCIS tells us "you'll wait to be with your loved one til we decide you're done, and you'll give us money to do this to you, so that we can give freebies to non-citizens." |
Hell - I want a refund..lol
(Not apologizing for feeling particularly bitter today either). |
