Hi there,

Could someone please let me know how to obtain the FBI clearance?? I am
currently in Australia and not in the states. Is there any website
available with instructions?

Hi there,

I also saw your post in the AU forum thus I am responding regarding FBI.

It is my understanding that the DIMIA does the FBI clearance themselves. All you need to do is the regular police clearance from the states you resided more than 12 months in the last 10 years.

Thanks very much for your reponse. I believe that most of the states have 2
clearance check. Fingerprint and name check? DIMA does not say anything
which one is required. As I am living in Australia now, it will be more
trouble to do the fingerprint check. However, if this is required, i have
no options then. Do you have any ideas about this? Thanks,

Hello guys,, i have a question
does the Fingerprint check and name check include a credit history check,, i mean if you have a bad credit would a finger print check or name check comes with bad results,, or credit history is something else that does not get in the fingerprint and name check?

please help me out with this question
