Yesterday I went up to Cherry Hill on an infopass appointment.
This was to see how my background check was coming along.
we went for the interview last march which was successful except for
the FBI check.
I got there & was let in on time The person behind the glass was
exteremly annoying she did not answer me when I spoke to her until I
repeated everything twice.After trying to explain what I wanted
She looked up the info about me.Eventually she told me the FBI check
came back ok but my prints had expired.Then she told me to take a seat.
Three hours later she called me back up to the counter & gave me
an appointment letter for new fingerprints.
I asked her if this meant I had to wait for the check again she said
yes.
So do we have to wait another year or more & must I spend $175 on my
3rd EAD.
We are so disspointed.
Has this happened to anyone else.
