I have had two (2) B2 Visa denials 2001 and 2003. I have a UK passport but not sure if I will get approved via ESTA...

Is there a time period to wait after denial of B2 visa before appying for ESTA?

We usually suggest 6-12 months. There's only one way to find out!

Yea..I'm shocked too, but I can't give up I have a boyfriend there. Last denial was like 3 months ago so I think I'll wait till next year than try ESTA.
My "strong ties" will be basically the same next year so I think they'll never grant me a visa...I hope ESTA will work again :/
However.. Please let me know about your travel (and inspection at the border) when you'll be back!

Now I'm planning to travel to Mexico to see my boyfriend there. I WILL NOT cross the border to the U.S.
I'll stay in Mexico and he will come to visit.
Do you know if going to Mexico now might affect my chances to get ESTA again, or a visa, in the future?
I don't know if they will ever know about but..you know.. They know almost everything about everyone...
