Question esta

Hi,as we now have l1a and l2s do we still need to fill out the esta online before we travel(this will be the first time we travel since getting the visas)

When you fly to the US do not forget you will fill in the white immigration I94 form NOT the green ones like you would have filled out on previous visits to the US. Ask the immigration officer to staple the stub into your passport so you dont loose it, your driving licence for example will be valid as long as the officer wrote on the I94 stub.

That's good advice. The airline will often just hand out the green ones.

Be sure to check your documents before leaving the inspection area. Be sure that nothing was crossed out on the I-94. The DMV will assume you changed the information and reject it.

You should be admitted up to the expiration date of your petition but not more than 3 years. Children should not be admitted past their 21st birthday.

Check everything thoroughly including the birthdays and the spelling of the names.
