Entering and rentering the US on a H1B
We are currently in the US on a H1B/H4 visa and have been here for 8 days house hunting, we are returning to the UK today and then flying back here on 16th November when we officially 'move' here.
Are we likely to come across any problems re-entering the US after we have been here for this short time? also should we do anything specific when we leave today?
