Hi All,
I changed my employer after filing I485.
My former lawyer told me that my new employer
need to send letter to INS stating my skills used
and salary - it'll help to show on final interview
for GC that skills I use and money I make are
the same or better than ones declared in my I140.
Now I have 2 questions:
1. What is this about? Employment part (I140) is
over. It's approved. I485 seem to be about getting
my application, putting together fingerprints,
medical stuff(I693), work stuff(I140), biographic
info(G325A), doing interview thing and giving me a GC.
I also never been asked to send any letters in case
of employer change - why bother?
2. Does anyone have template of such a letter?
