Well, for starters you will have to be married.

You say that your sister-in-law to be (assuming she is a US citizen) can sponsor you, in this case you would be looking at 12 years minimum before you could move over. You would fall into the F4 preference category, and they are currently looking at applications from February 2003.

Nothing that you have put suggests that you have any other immediate paths to living and working in the US.

There's a demand I'm sure, but you will never ever get sponsored for a work visa since you do not need a college degree for your profession.

What does your fiancee do exactly?

Sounds like sibling sponsorship is the only option then - but at least you do have an option, even if it is a lengthy one. Many that come on the forums have no route to the US.

You can check the visa bulletin here for a (very) rough idea of how long it might take - Visa Bulletin For September 2015

As civilservant said above, you'd be in the F4 category. And you'd have to get married to go on the application.

Best of luck with it.

So, that would be a no, then. Read the link that civilservant provided... it covers the various ways you can get a visa. Keep in mind that most people will never come to the US as anything other than a visitor.
