Default EB5 Sunset setting?

The original extension for the EB5 scheme is due to expire on 6 March.

Has anyone heard any rumblings as to whether Congress will approve another extension, and if so, do we know when that would be announced?

Hi:

First, for a sake of clarity -- the EB-5 is NOT, repeat not, sunsetting. However, the "regional center" program does have a sunset.

Follow HR 1105 which passed the House earlier this week which does contain a provision extending it to September 30, 2009.
