Default EAD and SSN

I have been in the US for 3 weeks on a visa waiver, last week I married my US citizen wife. Can I apply for my EAD and then SSN right now? We are seeing a lawyer in 2 weeks time to do my Adjustment of Status.

I have been offered a job and they want my SSN I need the EAD and SSN asap.

No. You can only get your EAD after filing form I-765 along with your AOS package. It takes between 60 - 90 days to get the EAD in hand after filing AOS. Once you have the EAD in hand, then you can go apply for a SSN. You aren't eligible right now.

Let the potential employer know that you'll be ready to work for them between 60 - 90 days after you file AOS.
