EAD approved, BUT

Finally, I got my EAD, but my name was miss spelled. My lawyer told me that the EAD still
valid since my finger print in on it.
What I am worry about is that my name was miss spelled on the fingerprint notice I got on
Oct. 2000 (which was spelled exactly as on EAD), it could be miss spelled on I-485
approved notification as well.
Is this a serious situation? Or, I can wait until my I-485 approved then change to correct
name later on?

Was it spelled incorrectly on your I485 receipt notice? If so, then your I485 approval
notice will also be wrong.
