yes, i'm in the process of buying a property. I have uncle here in Aus but don't think 2-3 months with them will work, so that;s why trying to see if I really need to stay. If yes, then would have to manage somehow.

None of us can tell you how long it will take.
I am confused as to what you applied for in Perth, another new E3? They usually keep the passport to send back the visa in so if they returned the passport I guess they'd have to call you back in to give you the visa if approved.
