My sister has an MBA degree and good experience in catering.
She is capable to invest 100000 USD to apply for a E2 Visa.
She want to open a Pakistani Food Restaurant in Houston, Houston is known for Indian and Pakistani foods.
She is from Pakistan.
She is unmarried and her age is 38.

What are her chances and what should she has to be careful about ?

E-2 visa does not lead to permanent residency in the USA.

Maybe she'll find a US husband once she's out here. $100k certainly seems in the range to be an acceptable amount to invest for an E-2. I don't know about any other factors.

Sounds low to me both for an E2 and the amount needed to set up a new Restaurant.
