E2 qualification?
Please advise me how strong my case is, or feasibility of getting E2
visa.
I am a H1B visa software engineer currently working in California for
3 yrs now. I was high school and university educated in US under F1
visa. I am trying to start an e-commerce business that sells various
items including overstock items from department stores. My country is
in the eligible E2 visa list. I have about $80K to invest and I will
get $20K plus in loans. I will locate my biz in a small town that is
2 hours North from Seattle.
1. How strong is my case, what are my chances of getting E2 visa?
2. Do I first start investing my $ into this biz before I apply for
the visa? I have nothing set up yet.

You need to hire a lawyer, not rely on a newsgroup to determine what course
to take with this issue...you need someone who is a professional.
