Hi All,

I wondered if anyone could help me understand something, I submitted my DS-160 on May 26 2021, I have since just had this on the ais portal please see attached picture. I can not access or find where to pay the MRV fee?!?! I have checked every day since submitted at least 3 times a day and no update. As I am trying to obtain an E2 Manager visa could there be something on my employers side that hasn't been submitted?

I know of other people at different companies applying for the same visa category I am, 3 months after I have submitted my DS-160 and they have now had there visa appointments and are traveling next week.

I think this fee is paid during your interview?

Hi,
I am exactly in the same situation as you but much longer!! Since April, I am checking every day for an appointment. No luck. No way to communicate with the embassy. Not sure, if it is some glitch in their application process!!

It' so frustrating but we did get our appointment through on Friday they released a ton and our lawyers managed to book us one for JAnuary 19th.

Do you have an immigration lawyer as I would speak with them and check that the company have an active visa, the company that employs me E2 had expired and so that was renewed on November 1st that is what was stopping us book I was told.

Thanks for the info. I checked with my lawyer. He said my company has an active status for visa but I am still not able to pay the MRV fees.
