If you have successfully secured and are now in the US on an E2 investor
visa, I would be interested in getting in touch with you to find out more
about the process you went through. Questions like: Did you hire an
immigration lawyer? Do you have kids and are they able to go to any local
school without being classified as "international students"? How long did
the entire process take? What type of business you bought? How much scrutiny
did you face at INS?

I am from Canada and am sick of the long winters....would like to move the
the West coast or Hawaii on E2, TN, H1 or L if I am fortunate enough to find
employers. However only the E will entitle a spouse and children to
employment authorization. On the other hand, only the H or L can eventually
be converted into a green card from what I hear. Is this correct? Thanks
