Default E1 to Green Card

Hi guys,

Are any of you aware as to how (if at all) an E1 can lead to a Green Card. Obviously i'm not talking about family member sponsorship or L1 transfer, but if you can apply on the strength of being out there on an E1 ?

As far as i'm aware, you can renew an E1 indefinitely but that's not as safe as a GC.

Thank you kindly !

You, personally, can not file for a GC... someone must sponsor you, whether a USC relative or your employer.

Depends upon the facts. Consult with an attorney person.
