DV2005 QUESTIONS
1. Want to apply for DV-2005, have USC kids, why should I include them in
the application? Should I enter no child? System won't let you enter just
the number of kids and not include them in the lottery.
2. Same question for married to USC.
Why didn't they think about these cases?

2. Same question for married to USC.
Why didn't they think about these cases?

Re: DV2005 QUESTIONS
What's your problem guys (sorry, it's the second post about the lottery
coming from the spouse of a USC) ; if you're married with a USC, you can
directly do an adjustment of status if you're in the US or apply for an
immigrant visa if you're abroad (those would have been the result of winning
at the lottery). Remember, you have a 1% chance of winning (... something
that you can already have thanks to your marriage) at the lottery.

The instructions seem fairly clear that you shouldn't count children
who are USCs.

The instructions seem very clear that you must list your spouse.
> Why didn't they think about these cases?
What makes you think they didn't? Why not just follow the instructions?
