DV2004 AOS: Stuck in the name check face. Any methods of attacking the problem?
Per my local BCIS office in California, the process is stuck in the
name check phase (did not elaborate which one of the three).
What is the proper way to attack the problem?
I know counts of people who blew their cases with DV AOS in the
previous years.
I'd like to avoid filing any lawsuits however.
There must be some peaceful ways to address the issues, some
phones/faxes/forms I could inquire through.
Any help would be highly appreciated.

You probably can't go wrong by getting your Congressperson involved.
