Default DV-2005 winner - DS-230 confusion

Hello, I was successful in obtaining a DV-2005 selection, and now have some
forms to fill in. (DS-230 & DSP-122)

I'm wondering what to put for questions 10 & 11 on form: DS-230 Part I
available from: http://travel.state.gov/DS-0230.pdf

Q.10. Permanent address in the United States where you intend to live, if
known (street address including zip code). Include the name of a person who
currently lives there.

Q.11. Address in the United States where you want your Permanent Resident
Card (Green Card) mailed, if different from address in item #10 (include the
name of a person who currently lives there).

Can I just leave these blank for now, or will I need to specify a US address
before I arrive there to receive the green card? (I don't currently have a
US address so that is the problem).

Also, is there any information about the rest of the process I can expect to
happen, like the interview etc. I'm applying from the United Kingdom.

Thanks in advance.

zargle.

Q 10 specifically says that you can leave it blank ("if known"). Q 11 is
important. You can give the name & address of a friend in the USA.

When you enter the US with your immigrant visa, you can ask the processing
CIS officer to change the address if needed.
