DUI & L1 Visa Application (URGENT)

DUI & L1 Visa Application (URGENT)
I am a British citizen applying for an L1 Visa.
I was convicted of DUI offence in England almost 3 years ago for which I received an 18 month driving ban, reduced to 13 months as I attended a course, and a 250 GBP fine.
It was a first offence and is the only ever conviction, no jail sentence was ordered.
Please can you advise whether this should be declared in the question about criminal convictions?
I do not want to lie but I am concerned about the impact disclosing it will have on my application - could I be refused admission / have my application declined?
Has anybody had any experience of this ?- also any implications for my interview?
Thanks.

Yes, you should disclose it. It shouldn't have an impact on the visa, but
failing to disclose it could be serious. Bring copies of any court
documents about it.
