NVC is suppose to send me a DS3032 form so I can fax it to my wife so she can sign it
and mail it back to NVC. I noticed on the form, there is a barcode label section.
According to NVC they will send me the form with the barcode on it too. However
According to NVC web site, you can download the form and type your case# on upper right
hand corner of the form too.

Should I wait 2-3 weeks so DS3032 form comes or should I just use the form from NVC web
site and type the case and fax it to my wife?
