don't use Worldxchange long distance to China.

I would like to mention a recent bad experience with a Worldxchange calling card.
Worldxchange has a card called the "Peace" card which is 2 dollars for a connection and 4
cents a minute thereafter to China. In about half of my connections the chinese end cannot
hear me at all or distorted to the point of being unintelligible. Calls have also been
abruptly disconnected. I have also been charged for calls where the other end never rang
and there was no connection at all as far as I could tell. After one call my card would
not work and reported that it was already in use for 20 minutes after I had hung up. I was
being charged for this time. They refuse to grant any refund in whole or in part.
I have never had such poor quality with a long distance service to China before. I will
never buy a card from Worldxchange again.

Same thing is true for Ukraine. I bought the cards from www.nobel.com, but they are
worldxchange too, and my experience has been awful.
