Do the final requirements for vaccinations differ from which country you come from
via a K-1. In other words, do we all NOT end up having the same vaccinations even
though we are the same age etc? Does it seem to be where you go for your AOS
interview?

The vaccination requirements at the visa stage depend on the country you are interviewing in. Some countries don't have all the vaccines licensed, and also have different endemic diseases.

The requirements for immigrants from the UK are very much in line with the UK Dept of Health recommendations. It would be interesting to see if other consulates just follow their local national guidelines too.

No idea about AOS.
