hey! well, I hope u were born not in Poland, because Poland can not play in GC lottery and if u win they don't count it. But if u were born somewhere else and wrote that country as your country of birth in an application for a Green Card then all in your hands, or if u were born in POland but have a passport from another country, also u can win.
Good Luck!!!!

There are fundamentally two ways to get a GC: either, family-based, or
employment based. To get it through family, you would have to have a
parent, child, brother/sister or husband/wife in the US, and even then it
can take many years.
Employment-based, you would need an employer to sponsor you, in most cases.
If you are a very accomplished artist, you might be able to get one
without an employer, but this is not likely to work for somebody still
going to school.
So your best bet it is to become a very good and successful artist first.
Then get your Green Card that way.

What passport you have is irrelevant for the lottery. Only your place of
birth matters. You can choose to be counted in your spouse's country of
birth, though, or in certain - rare - case in your parent's country of
birth.

This was true in 2004, but there have been lotteries in the past where
Poland-born people did not qualify.
Pitfall warning: this also includes a substantial chunk of older German
citizens!
