Did the I-131 form change?

Hi,

Just wondering, when I looked for the I-131 form earlier this year I found the I-131
Rev 01/18/02 which was 6 pages long. When I printed out the form I find online today
it's a Rev 12/10/91. Are there any changes going on concerning Advance Parole?

The INS website doesn't seem to have stepped up to 1/18/02 yet so 12/10/91 is fine.
It's what I've used twice.
