He is not. He is anti-immigrant racist.

As far as I know, only sexually transmitted diseases that are highy
contagious are a problem.

The first thing you do is get medical clearance. If he passes it, then
no need to worry about it. After all, his sponsor is responsible for
his welfare. But wait,

Come to think of it, if he is a senior citizen, can he get medicare on
GC status while technically the sponsor is responsible for his medical
expense?

Anyone know? How about you Mr. F? Boiler, Oliver? C...?

AFAIK one needs 40 quarters/10 years of Medicare contributions to qualify for Medicare benefits.

Paying for dialysis and all the associated care out of pocket - scary. I hope they're rich...

Not Medicaid, we do not know the age, might be State benefits.

I assume independently wealthy, or the Sponsor is.

I thought part of the immigration process is having to prove sufficient income/funds so as not to become a public charge - doesn't that include Medicaid?

Well the 125% Poverty figure is not enough to keep me in beer, fast cars and faster women.

Just as well I do not smoke.

As far as I am aware it is is just the 125% figure, your actual needs are irrelevant, but just wondering if it is different if you need a medical waiver. Not that a waiver is needed in this case.

Too funny! You're just not very good at this whole insulting people thing, are you? I think you should practice more in the mirror each morning - try to improve your technique. Try while you're brushing your teeth - it makes foaming at the mouth so much easier.

Why? Unless he has 40 quarters of contributions, that seems unlikely....
