I hope you have a good lawyer. Deportation is not for the amateur.

In any case, your question is way too general. Deportation has many
stages, and there can be many different reasons for it. For instance, if
your deportation order is final and you are in custody, it would be rather
pointless to have a work permit ;-)

I UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE SAYING.BUT AS FAR AS I KNOW THAT IT CAN TAKE YEARS.BUT I THE MEAN TIME I WANT TO WORK,AND I AM TRYING TO FIND AWAY TO GET A WORK PERMIT.

Again, say what stage you are in and what the deportation is based on.
Then I may be able to help you find out if you may be able to work.

the base of my deprotation is that i turn myself in to the ins, because i cannot AOS myself being that i came to the USA without inspection when i was 3 yrs old.so i hope i can get relief.this is going to be the first time i am going to court.so i hope you can help me.

I *think* that in this case you can apply for voluntary departure, and get
employment authorization once that is approved. You then have 120 days to
leave the US.

If you hope for cancellation of removal, I really don't know. As I said
before, this is something where you certainly would want the assistance of
a good immigration attorney.
