Deporation of GC holder for failure to file change of address??!!
I know that it sounds ridiculous, but according to a clip on the 7/10 NPR's ATC (All
Things Considered), a GC holder in Atlanta was facing deportation proceedings for
failing to file a change of address form!!! The source of the clip was Jean
Butterfield, head of AILA...

Yes, a person who fails to file a change of address form is deportable. The source is
