Delay in sending the I-865
The I-865 requires you to report change of address within 30 days. It has been around 45 days since we changed address and we have still not sent that form. It completely slipped my mind.
Does anyone know what the possible repercussions of this are, if any?

The sentence is that, 'You be taken to the county jail and there remain until the day of your execution, and to be then be hanged in the jail yard by the neck, until you be dead, and may God have mercy on your soul...

Hate to be pedantic -- you are confusing state "prison" with county "jail." Although both are institutions of detention, they are different.

Ok .. the English version
The sentence is that, 'You be taken from this place to a place of execution and to be then be hanged by the neck, until you are dead, and may God have mercy on your soul...

Don't wory about it, what's done is done. I did the same thing,
although 11 months had passed since my move before I submitted the
I-865. I've sent multiple letters and AR-11s (initial ones within the
deadline) to the folks at DHS and USCIS, and they still send stuff to
both my new and old addresses. A reasonable person would argue that
they can't get mad at you for failing to send in the I-865 within the
deadline when they can't even get their own act straight, but you're
dealing with the USCIS....
I read in another post here, that technically, if your case is still
pending, then the contract relationship between you and your sponsor
has not taken effect yet, so there should be no problem with late
submission of the I-865, but I don't know if that is good legal advice
or just opinion...

The AR-11 comes into the picture when the alien changes his address before his consular interview, IMO.
I think once I have immigrated to the US, the AR-11 is no longer required.

Applicants and petitioners for any other benefits should file a Form AR-11 AND notify in writing the local office processing their case of any change of address. "

What is the content of this letter that you are talking about? Is this letter

Re: Delay in sending the I-865
Having said that, I do have a question. My wife had a certain address in city A, and she then moved to city B. However, the movement from city A to city B took place when I was not in the US. When I arrived in the US, my wife had moved to city B, so this is my first residence in the US. Do I still need to send AR-11? Or is it just my wife who needs to send the I-865?

The AR-11 is submitted to London, Kentucky, but the content of the letter is "notify in writing the local office processing their case of any change of address".
