DCF in Buenos Aires
For the K-3 ,What forms are filed in the DCF at the consulate.....
just the 130 and support statement. Can the 129F be filed there as
well. I'm wondering if it wouldn't be a prudent choice to marry there
as Nebraska is as slow as the 2nd coming !

Re: DCF in Buenos Aires
If you are filing DCF, why would you need a K-3?
DCF is for quick processing of IR or CR visa.
I-129F for K-3 would have to be processed in the US
I can't imagine a K-3 being processed faster than an IR-1 or CR-1 via
DCF.
For up to date info on what you need to file at the consulate, you
should contact the consulate.
You will need I-130, G-325A, I-864, and evidence of marriage.
You would need police and medical statements before the interview.
