Criminal History Check
Do I need to demonstrate my Criminal History to get visa for US? If so how
do I do this? I am UK citizen & Resident.

Contact your local police force and ask them for the number of their data
protection officer. When you speak to the data protection officer, simply
tell them you need a subject access form to get a criminal history check for
a visa. They'll charge you £10, and are allowed 40 days (under the UK Data
Protection Act) to respond. It's all really straightforward.
