THats what I'm thinking. I just wanted to see if anyone knows someone who did it. What my chances are etc. Costs are $675.00 and I have $5000 in legal fees for the DUI. A knowledgable person on here said no way (a lawyer I think) can you apply when you are on probation.

Do you have personal experience of this kind of thing?

As I was caught smoking just a joint in the UK and now am worried about my application for a Visa to holiday in the States for a week.

Why did you apply for a visa, rather than use the VWP ? Is there any reason you are ineligible to use the VWP?

I agree. Especially in immigration law, where a year may as well be a century.
