THats what I'm thinking. I just wanted to see if anyone knows someone who did it. What my chances are etc. Costs are $675.00 and I have $5000 in legal fees for the DUI. A knowledgable person on here said no way (a lawyer I think) can you apply when you are on probation.

Why did you apply for a visa, rather than use the VWP ? Is there any reason you are ineligible to use the VWP?

Your other thread is a good forum to discuss your situation. However, it is often considered bad form to "bump" an old thread. You can refer to it - no problem. But please don't revive a thread which has run its course.
