Crazy using a tourist visa?

(forgive me if that has been posted recently)
I'm NOT happy about the time for TCS to process. My Central American fiance has a
tourist visa and has used it a few times to visit the U.S. Are we just being stupid
if we try and use that for marriage? I know a couple who did that last year and have
had no problems (yet). With the wedding and honeymoon paid for 7 months from now, I
am just a bit skittish about trying to get another visa. She has no medical or
criminal issues. If I could send my petition to Vermont/Nebraska I would do this...
but TCS is just messed up.

In light of experience with TSC, I don't think so either.
