Court Records PLEASE HELP
I have a minor conviction for Breach of the Peace, I did not appear in court and only
paid a £30 fine!! Will I still need to obtain the court records for the Embassy
Interview ??

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by court record. If you mean the Police certificate, the answer is yes, everyone needs one of them (the thing you get from New Scotland Yard with the blue lines along the top and the bottom).

I know exactly what you mean - what you need is called a Memorandum of Conviction and
is available for a fee of £8 from the Clerk of the Court which dealt with the
offence. You will need to advise your full name and address, date of birth and date
of conviction and may be required to complete and return a Data Protection form to
the court before they will produce the MoC. If a DP form is needed, the court will
send one to you when you write and ask for the Memorandum of Conviction.
