visainfo is an unknown quantity at this point

convert H4 to H1B visa urgent

Hello,

I have my H4 visa and am in the US a couple of days ago.
IS THERE A MINIMUM WAITING TIMEFRAME like 6 months or so before I apply for my H1 visa or can I apply immediately to convert to H1 B visa (irrespective of the quota issues).

A prospective employer can submit an H-1B petition for you
at any time. You can apply for an H-1B visa whenever you have
an approved H-1B petition.
