Default Which consulate to specify in I-129? & Police certificate questions.

Hello everybody

I have two questions, if anybody knows anything regarding either of
them I would greatly appreciate any help.

1. What consulate should be specified in I-129 for me to come for the
interview if I presently reside in Ukraine but the citizen of Israel?
Any advices? Actually the choice is between one in Warsaw (where all
Ukrainian residence are supposed to come) and one in Israel.

2. How can I ask Israeli police to provide me with police certificate?
I mean I don't fancy the idea to fly there just to ask for this police
certificate.

P.S.

If anyone has any experience in filing petitions having Israeli
citizenship and residing in another country, please, I will be
grateful for any information. You can email me directly
[email protected]

Thanks again for any information

For a fiance -- it is your place of residence.

For a K-3 -- it is the place of marriage.

See http://travel.state.gov under the reciprocity tables link to see info on police certificates. For those outside of Israel, the request is made through the nearest Israeli Consulate/Embassy.
