conditional permanent resident

I just received my green card, although it is a conditional permanent
resident card, i wanted to know can i now claim a sibling so he can
start the process of becoming a resident aswell, any information will be
useful, thanks

You have to be a US citizen to sponsor a sibling

You are not yet eligible to sponsor a sibling until you become a USC!
