Hi guys,

I would like to apply for F-1 and have two options. Apply at the consulate in my
country or enter the States with B-2 (according to the new INS bulletin I must let
the officer know that I am a prospective student!) and than change status through
the INS. My major concern is that in Hungary it is almost impossible to get any
kind of visa. I hear they reject almost every application regardless what kind of
visa you need.

Any comments on this?
