company trouble after I-485 filed

Hello,
what happens if in an EB3 case after filing the I-485 but before having it approved
something would happen to the sponsoring company? Like changeing name/owners. Or even
worse, going out of business. Is it possible to transfer a case at this stage to
another company?
Please, advise.
